Job Description:

An established ENT practice in the Pompano Beach, Florida area is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its growing team. The clinical staff currently includes one physician, three Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), and a strong support team featuring an audiologist and dedicated nursing staff. The practice has built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a modern outpatient setting.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated APP looking to join a respected specialty practice and help meet growing patient demand. The role is primarily focused on outpatient ENT services, with the opportunity to participate in cosmetic and aesthetic offerings as well. Candidates with direct ENT experience are strongly preferred, though the practice is open to training a strong candidate with relevant background or sincere interest in the specialty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of adult ENT patients
  • Manage follow-up care, treatment planning, and patient education
  • Perform common in-office procedures such as nasal endoscopy and laryngoscopy
  • Participate in aesthetic consultations and treatments supporting the cosmetic side of the practice
  • Collaborate closely with the physician, audiologist, nursing staff, and fellow APPs to ensure excellent patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate documentation and high standards of patient care

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Active and unrestricted Florida PA or NP license
  • ENT experience preferred
  • Candidates with strong general clinical experience and interest in ENT may also be considered for training
  • Excellent bedside manner, professionalism, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based outpatient environment
