The firm is seeking an attorney to assist with estate planning, elder law, and related matters. Responsibilities

• Advise clients on estate planning matters including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents
• Assist with elder law planning, asset protection, and long-term care considerations
• Support probate, trust administration, and estate settlement matters as needed
• Meet directly with clients to understand goals and provide practical legal guidance
• Draft legal documents and maintain organized, timely case management
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff across the firm's offices

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin Bar license in good standing
• Prior estate planning experience preferred
• Candidates from related practice areas willing to transition into trusts & estates / elder law encouraged to apply
• Strong communication, drafting, and organizational skills
• Client-focused mindset with ability to work independently and collaboratively
